Ron Gates

Belt Level: Black Belt

Ron started training in the martial arts shortly after his son, Corey, started. Ron enjoys working with the white belt students, making sure they get their basic techniques down solid.

Flip Brandt

Belt Level: Blue Belt

I was raised an Air Force Brat then served in the U.S Army for over 6 years and am currently in Telecommunications. I have 3 children, 2 of them are going through the program, one is a Jr. Assistant instructor and my youngest is almost old enough to start. I have been with Sensei Corey for 5 years. I started in my 40's so don't let age stop you. I am still enjoying my time at the Do Jo. I am currently working with the young ones 3yrs and up and enjoy it tremendously. This is not a Black belt Factory! So if you want an easy Black Belt this is not the place for you. You test and advance when you know the curriculum and are ready. This is a program for everyone, Kids, Teens, parents and grandparents in all physical conditions. Sensei Corey will taylor the class to fit you if you have conditions that need to be worked around. We are getting well rounded training in several disciplines (Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-jitsu and Kenpo). I feel this ready's us for a more realistic response in a real world situation if it ever arises. It also conditions our minds and bodies. This program is for everyone and is a Family oriented!

What are one of the major things that concerns most of us? Cost. American Freestyle Martial Arts is very, very affordable. There are no contracts. Give it try for free, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Come on in talk to us.
