Who is American Freestyle Martial Arts?

We are a Christian group who feels called to provide a low cost, Christ centered alternative to traditional martial-arts instruction. We do not practice the Eastern philosophies in our classes as many martial arts stuidos do. Instead we provide a quality program that is based on Christian morals and principals.

What does American Freestyle Martial Arts Teach?

We teach a blended martial arts system incorporating Tae-kwon-do, Kenpo, and Jiu-Jitsu. The result is a well rounded system that focuses on three areas: Art, Sportsmanship & Self-Defense.

ART	SPORTSMANSHIP	SELF-DEFENSE
Our students learn an appreciation for the artistic qualities that can be found in the martial arts while learning traditional Tae-Kwon-Do forms.	Our students learn sportsmanship while learning to point-spar with each other. Students also learn strategy and how to think tactically when facing an opponent.	Our students learn real world self-defense techniques. Using Kenpo and Jiu-Jitsu techniques our students learn how to defend themselves outside the class..
